Stubs has seen many improvements since last update.

• Support for more languages other than JS and PHP - now Stubs can do tasks in Rust, Ruby, Dart, Python, Typescript, Java, C#, C++, Elm, Lua, Swift and Kotlin
• Add a openai compatible custom endpoints and api keys - now Stubs works with OpenRouter
• Parallelization of the Diff Generation

We’re excited to announce the release of Stubs v1.0, a custom desktop application that allows anyone to have AI do task-based based development. Features include:

• The simplest UI to have AI do tasks. You enter your task, see the response below and diffs to the right
• Use OpenAI, Claude or Gemini for any request (bring your own API key)
• Stubs automatically picks the most likely files to use as context unlike other tools that require explicitly adding files to context
• See exactly what prompts are being sent to LLMs and monitor costs
• Image upload and screenshot functionality to provide context for tasks
• Ability to connect MySQL database (postgres coming soon) to add context from a database
• Voice command support for hands-free task creation
